• Proof of funds: Original stamped personal bank statements for the last three to six months, showing enough money for your trip.
• If employed: Your last 3 months’ salary slips, a Leave Sanction Certificate (with company seal & signature), and a copy of your Company ID card.
• If self-employed: Business Registration License/MOA/Partnership deed, Company’s updated bank statement for last 6 months, and Company’s tax returns for 3 years.
• If a student: School/College/Institute ID Card and a Bonafide certificate.
• If a minor: Birth Certificate, a notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) from any parent not traveling, and copies of parents’ passports/ID proof.
• Tax Returns: Personal tax returns for the last 3 years.
• Proof of ties to your current country of residence: Documents like property ownership, family ties (marriage/birth certificates), or school/college enrollment for dependents. These help show you intend to return.

For Business Visa (Additional): A recommendation letter from your Chamber of Commerce, an Invitation Letter from the Bulgarian host company (on letterhead, signed, faxed directly to the Embassy, and a copy for applicant), and a declaration by the Bulgarian business partner attested by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.
